[Wash realizes that this should feel weirder than it does, but finds that he just...doesn't really care. This is awesome, and he doesn't want thoughts of how it's weird that he's kissing his best friend, who's a guy, or how they can't be in a relationship and they shouldn't be doing this because it's against protocol. No, if this was going to be the last time he'd let himself kiss York, he was going to make the most of it and not let his thoughts ruin it.
When York tugs back on his lip again, but this time uses his teeth, a small noise actually escapes Wash before he even realizes it. He doesn't really question it though and welcomes York back to the kiss with great vigour.]
