[When York shakes his head and Wash feels a fist trying to be made in his bodysuit, he realizes that maybe his mouth on York's ear isn't the greatest idea. But he doesn't want to be done because then that's it and he still wants this even if they can't. So he moves up and instead just kisses lightly at the side of York's head. Not exactly friend behaviour, but they'd very nearly been making out before. This...wasn't as weird as that, right? And even if York is telling him to not be sorry, he is. Both for turning York down, and for having to turn York down. But he doesn't say anything about it, just leaves it be and presses a few more kisses to York's head.]
